Lead Architect Position

The Lead Architect plays a pivotal role in guiding the architectural design process. They ensure that projects are delivered efficiently, effectively, and to the highest quality standards.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Closely collaborate with concept design teams to refine selected design options into schematic and final designs.
  • Work with other design specializations to coordinate design requirements across disciplines for complex projects.
  • Provide support to Project Managers in developing, reviewing, and updating work programs and man-hour estimates.
  • Support Project Managers in managing project resources, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Assist Project Managers in monitoring and managing the projects' budget and schedule.
  • Implement quality control policies and procedures on design deliverables.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture is required
  • A Master's Degree in Architecture or a related field is preferred
  • At least 10 years of industry experience in an architectural design function
  • Strong experience in developing architectural designs for large and complex projects
  • In-depth knowledge of international engineering standards and codes
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven leadership, problem-solving, and attention to detail
Software Proficiency:
  • Revit Architecture
  • BIM 360
  • AutoCAD
  • MS Office

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of architectural design principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams successfully.
