Job Description

In just 5 years, we've experienced rapid expansion globally (with significant traction in the US), working closely with high-growth companies to transform their go-to-market strategies into streamlined systems. From helping mid-market teams generate $3M in pipeline in under 6 months, to streamlining the revenue stack for large enterprises, to enabling AI-led efficiency plays for agile teams scaling with lean headcount — we build for impactful outcomes, not vanity metrics.

We believe the next generation of revenue teams will succeed by building lean, modular, and deeply aligned GTM systems — and they'll need sharp, high-agency minds to make it happen.

We're assembling a team of visionary designers who think in systems, bias toward action, and want their work to drive meaningful change.

Responsibilities:
  1. Visualize campaigns & events: Create assets for both offline experiences (booth designs, standees, banners, merch, handouts) and online presence (social posts, digital ads, email graphics, landing pages).
  2. Sales enablement materials: Develop compelling sales decks, brochures, one-pagers, and case study layouts that resonate with prospects.
  3. Content design: Elevate long-form content like whitepapers, guides, and reports into visually engaging and easy-to-digest formats.
  4. Web & landing page visuals: Collaborate with marketers to design and refine website pages, landing page layouts, and visual elements in tools like Figma.
  5. Brand consistency & evolution: Ensure all outputs align with brand standards while contributing to ongoing branding guidelines development.
  6. Quick-turn requests: Handle day-to-day design asks from the marketing team (social media graphics, campaign visuals, event invites, templates) with speed and creativity.
  7. Trendspotting & innovation: Bring in fresh design ideas and trends to keep our creative output competitive.

You'll be working closely with marketers, copywriters, and sales teams to translate open-ended briefs into polished, high-impact design outputs.

Requirements:
  • 0-2 years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably in the B2B space (agency experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in essential design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma (for web/landing page and collaborative design), and Canva (for quick-turn marketing asks).
  • Awareness of modern design trends and ability to adapt them into marketing assets.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across digital, print, and web.
  • Comfort with open-ended briefs and ability to transform vague requirements into clear, impactful outputs.
  • High operator mindset—someone who delivers fast without compromising quality.

Bonus: Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or HubSpot design components is a plus.
