Job Overview:

We seek a seasoned geotechnical professional to spearhead our geotechnical endeavors.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise entire activities in the geotechnical domain for large-scale open pit mine operations with complex geological settings.
  • Accountable for geotechnical studies, preparation of pre-feasibility and feasibility reports, stability analysis, simulation modeling, and slope stabilization and monitoring aspects.
  • Implement schemes derived from simulation models to optimize mine operation pit design.

Key Requirements:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive geotechnical plans for mine operations.
  • Conduct site investigations, data collection, and laboratory testing to inform geotechnical decisions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of geotechnical principles, practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate geotechnical expertise into mine planning and operations.

About the Role:

This role involves leading and supervising geotechnical activities for large-scale open pit mine operations with complex geological settings.
