The role of an Operations Specialist is pivotal in ensuring the timely, accurate and complete processing of transactions within their functional team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely, complete and accurate processing of transactions, applying relevant controls as needed.
  • Adhere to internal and external policies, guidelines and regulatory requirements, while meeting agreed SLAs, KRIs and/or KPIs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to provide a point of contact for complex or regulated tasks.
  • Contribute to product/function development, ensuring a superior offering that meets evolving client needs and market trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in technical areas, with an added advantage for reconciliation expertise.
  • Product and system knowledge in the field.
  • Basic analytical skills and flexibility in production problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in virtual teams and matrix organizations.

Preferred Skills:

  • Reconciliation and Domain Knowledge.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • At least 3 years of experience working with data in a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
