Data Governance Expert Lead

Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Data Governance Expert to spearhead our enterprise-level data governance initiatives using Collibra. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth expertise in Collibra's platform, encompassing configuration, integration, workflow development, and stakeholder engagement.

This role demands strong leadership skills to implement and maintain data governance frameworks, ensuring data quality and enabling data stewardship across the organization. Key areas of focus include:

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collibra Platform Implementation: End-to-end implementation and administration of the Collibra Data Intelligence Platform.
  • Collibra Operating Model Design: Design and configure Collibra Operating Model, including domains, assets, workflows, and roles.
  • Workflow Development: Develop and maintain custom workflows using BPMN and Collibra Workflow Designer.
  • Integration and API Management: Integrate Collibra with enterprise systems (e.g., Snowflake, Informatica, Tableau, Azure, SAP) using APIs and connectors.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with data stewards, data owners, and business users to define and enforce data governance policies.
  • Data Quality and Lineage: Implement and monitor data quality rules, lineage, and metadata management.
  • User Training and Support: Provide training and support to business and technical users on Collibra usage and best practices.
  • Collibra SME and Evangelist: Act as a Collibra SME and evangelist within the organization, promoting data governance maturity.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with internal and external data governance standards.
