Job Description

We are seeking a talented Design Intern to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating visually engaging and user-friendly designs for our platform, internal dashboards, infographics, and marketing/brand assets.

This is a full-time internship that offers hands-on exposure in end-to-end product design, quick visual/infographic design, and brand identity building.

Key Responsibilities
  • UI & Product Design:
    • Assist in designing clean, modern, and user-friendly UI components for web dashboards and product interfaces.
    • Create high-fidelity mockups, design systems, and style guides aligned with our brand.
    • Develop prototypes and micro-interactions to effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Branding & Visual Identity:
    • Support in maintaining and evolving our brand identity.
    • Design infographics, quick visuals, marketing collaterals, social creatives, and campaign assets.
    • Ensure consistency across typography, color palette, iconography, and brand elements.
  • Collaboration & Handoff:
    • Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure smooth design-to-development handoff.
    • Prepare design specifications and assets for implementation.
    • Incorporate feedback from internal teams and user research into design improvements.
  • User Experience & Testing:
    • Participate in usability testing sessions and iterate based on feedback.
    • Help identify design pain points and propose improvements for better user journeys.
    Requirements
    • Currently pursuing a degree in Design (B.Des/related) or have relevant internship/project experience in UI/Product/Branding design.
    • Strong portfolio showcasing UI and branding projects.
    • Skilled in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.
    • Knowledge of using AI-based design tools for faster iterations.
    • Understanding of design principles: typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
    • Passionate about creating impactful, user-friendly designs.
    • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team.
    • Excellent communication and attention to detail.
    • Availability of ~6 hours per day during the internship.
