Job Title: Agile Development Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Agile Development Team Lead to oversee the delivery of our software projects from initiation to completion. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in leading agile development teams and implementing defined Agile methodologies.

  • **Project Planning and Execution**: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to execute projects according to agile methodologies.
  • **Team Leadership**: Lead and motivate agile development teams to foster a collaborative and results-oriented environment. Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members.
  • **Risk Management**: Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address issues impacting project timelines or quality.
  • **Communication**: Facilitate communication within the team and with stakeholders. Provide regular status updates, reports, and presentations to ensure seamless project execution.
  • **Quality Assurance**: Collaborate with QA teams to define and implement quality standards and processes. Ensure software products meet or exceed quality expectations.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent combination of education and experience with at least 10 years of overall experience.
  • Proven experience as an Agile Scrum Master in the IT industry with at least 5 years of experience in this role.
  • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
  • Mandatory Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in working as an Agile Project Manager is an added advantage.
