We're now looking for a skilled Employee Benefits Consultant to capitalize on the huge demand for our product.
Job Responsibilities:- Assist clients in purchasing life insurance products tailored to their needs.
- Maintain high-level responsiveness with prospects throughout the sales process.
- Navigate complex sales cycles with insurers to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Liaise with partner insurers to develop and enhance product offerings, manage day-to-day operations related to policy booking, placement, and post-sales services.
- 0-3 years of sales experience, preferably in fast-growing BFSI/B2C Sales.
- The ability to execute credible and articulate face-to-face, phone, and email conversations.
- The ability to pitch complex ideas and products in an elegant and compelling way.
- Able to work under tight targets and timelines.
- Eagerness to learn and a strong challenger mindset to work at multiple levels with different partners.
- Experience working with insur-tech, insurers, or broker agencies is a plus.
- Financial services, personal finance, or wealth management experience is a valuable asset.
