Job Overview:

The Manufacturing Operations Support Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. This individual will be responsible for coordinating with team members and assisting the manager in achieving departmental goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and work to reduce product loss and wastage, investigate quality failures and implement corrective actions to enhance output and efficiency
  • Accurately record batch records, update equipment logbooks and report routing hours, material issuance and quantity completion on a daily basis
  • Supervise and track laboratory supplies to ensure availability of reagents for daily operations and drive productivity improvements and efficiencies within the manufacturing laboratory environment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any subject area with a minimum of 2 years of experience in life sciences, biotechnology or relevant manufacturing operations field
  • Hands-on experience in E1 ERP system and understanding of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016 standards is a strong advantage
  • Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, consistent record to multi-task, prioritize and handle time effectively in a fast-paced environment
