About the Role

As a Manufacturing Excellence Specialist, you will ensure that our manufacturing operations run efficiently, safely, and consistently at the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor daily production operations and ensure output meets product specifications.
  • Analyze process data and propose improvements in efficiency, yield, and cost savings.
  • Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
  • Support trials of new materials, processes, or technologies to drive innovation.
  • Document production results and prepare loss analyses to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering fields.
  • 0–3 years of production or manufacturing experience; new graduates are welcome.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma tools is an advantage.
