Job Overview:

We are seeking highly enthusiastic and passionate candidates for the Assistant Relationship Officers role. This opportunity will be a rocket fuel for those who want to start their careers on a high note.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales by developing communication with validated customers who have applied on our platform.
  • Provide product knowledge to customers and answer their questions via phone and email.
  • Act as a link between networked financial institutions and customers, helping customers resolve their queries in a timely manner.
  • Communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Understand customer needs and help resolve issues by coordinating with banks and NBFCs to provide customers with the best services.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in Telesales/Telecalling (Outbound sales) or fresher with excellent communication skills.
  • Qualification: Graduate (Any)
  • Passionate about driving sales (Outbound sales)
  • Excellent communication skills (Written and Verbal)
  • Ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds and possess relationship-building skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the internet.
  • Ability to comfortably interact with customers via phone and email.
  • Adherence to quality parameters.
  • Track customer feedback for continuous improvement and converting it into action plans.
  • Willingness to work at Noida location.
  • Added advantage for people from Banking/Finance domain and good BPOs.
