Financial Content Development Role

The objective of this position is to create high-quality training content for finance programs.

Your job will be to ensure that the content meets industry trends and client needs by creating relevant and engaging materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create financial and business skills content that is tailored to specific audiences and purposes.
  • Develop assessments to evaluate program effectiveness, including written exams, case studies, and practical exercises.
  • Maintain a repository of created content, ensuring it is organized and easily accessible for trainers and learners.
  • Update Learning Management Systems with new content, following established protocols and best practices.
  • Review content from team members and freelancers, providing constructive feedback and guidance on improvement.
  • Support proposal design and creation for B2B clients, working closely with sales teams and marketing departments.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers to format content, ensuring visual appeal and consistency across all materials.

Product, Client, and Trainer Support:

  • Deliver 'train the trainer' sessions for internal trainers and freelancers, equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality training.
  • Facilitate client support by communicating issues timely and effectively, resolving problems and escalating concerns as needed.
  • Support other trainers, including freelancers, to prepare for trainings, providing guidance on content development, delivery, and evaluation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, or Economics, or equivalent qualifications and experience.
  • Certifications like MBA (Finance), CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA, CFA, or equivalent degrees, demonstrating expertise and specialization in finance and related fields.
  • Excellent presentation skills - written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written, with the ability to adapt to diverse linguistic and cultural contexts.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Sound knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other productivity tools, with the ability to apply technical skills to solve business problems and improve processes.
