Key Responsibilities:
">- Builds and refreshes a database of domestic freight brokers, applies multi-factor scoring to prioritise high-potential targets.">
Tackles adjacent segments with bankers and sector specialists.
">- Crafts concise investment memos covering market position, revenue-lift potential, cost-synergy levers, and integration complexity.">
Leads commercial, financial, operational, and legal due diligence using internal SMEs and external experts.
">Structures offers and valuation models aligned with board-approved SOPs.
">Drives term-sheet, SPA, and closing processes while ensuring regulatory compliance and secure funding packages.
">Cultivates relationships with founders, promoters, brokers, bankers, and PE/VC funds to maintain a proprietary deal funnel.
