Clinical Data Programmer Role

As a Clinical Data Programmer, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining program listings and mappings.
  • Creating visualizations to represent complex data insights.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to review clinical data in JReview.
  • Automating tasks to increase efficiency.
  • Configuring data extraction and transformations across multiple data sources at the study level as defined by the Data Transfer Agreement and other specifications provided by the Data Engineer.
  • Working closely with internal and external stakeholders and data engineers to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Delivering high-quality data in the required format and frequency.
  • Participating in the development, maintenance, and training of standards and best practices used by the business.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Providing quality review support for activities performed by vendors, as needed.
  • Ensuring adherence to SOPs for computer system validation and all GCP regulations.
  • Maintaining compliance with corporate and GxP requirements. Performing other duties as assigned within timelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong programming skills with experience in developing and maintaining program listings and mappings.
  • Excellent data analysis and visualization skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of data transfer agreements and ability to configure data extraction and transformations.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and Word.
