Job Description

As a seasoned leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our software testing strategy. This includes managing day-to-day operations, building and mentoring high-performing teams, and developing strategies to improve quality and delivery.

Our ideal candidate has a strong background in software testing, with a minimum of 14 years of experience. They should have expertise in API automation testing, integration testing, and black box/grey box testing methodologies. Additionally, they should be well-versed in agile development methodologies and have experience working with cloud-based solutions.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to hire and grow talented engineers. They will also be able to manage multiple projects with competing priorities and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 14 years of strong testing experience
- Expertise in API automation testing, integration testing, and black box/grey box testing methodologies
- Strong experience in agile development methodologies and cloud-based solutions
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to hire and grow talented engineers
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to navigate complex organizational environment
- Experience working with SQL and large volumes of data
