We are looking for an experienced and passionate SDET (Senior Software Quality Engineer) to join our Software Engineering team. You will work in a fast-paced, regulated environment delivering high-quality software that supports laboratory workflows for leading cancer diagnostic tests and integrations with oncology systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts within sprint timelines.
  • Develop and execute automated tests to support frequent product releases.
  • Conduct system integration and performance testing.
  • Troubleshoot and report defects, differentiating user errors from actual issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality software delivery.
  • Mentor junior team members on testing strategies and practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement of QA processes and standards.

Required Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of QA experience with a strong focus on automation and functional testing.
  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on automation experience using Selenium with Java.
  • Strong knowledge of API testing (Postman/Rest Assured) and database testing (MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server).
  • Proficiency in SQL and version control tools like Git.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with BDD tools like Cucumber.
  • CI/CD tools knowledge (Jenkins, Bamboo, GitHub Actions).
  • Exposure to performance testing tools (JMeter).
