About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced and technically proficient SDET to join our QA Engineering team. This role involves developing robust test automation frameworks, executing edge-case and performance testing strategies. The ideal candidate is hands-on with Python, SQL, and Bash scripting

Key Responsibilities

- Design, build, and maintain test automation frameworks using Python.
- Write efficient scripts and queries to perform backend/data validation using SQL.
- Develop shell scripts (Bash) to support testing in Linux/Unix environments.
- Plan, write, and manage test cases using Test Link or similar test management tools.
- Conduct performance/load testing using tools such as JMeter, Locust, or similar.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for scalable testing workflows.
- Participate in code reviews, product design discussions, and root cause analysis of defects.

Required Skills:

- 4–8 years of experience in QA/SDET roles with a strong focus on test automation and scripting.
- Strong programming experience with Python.
- Expertise in SQL for data validation and test data preparation.
- Proficiency in Bash scripting for automation in Linux/Unix environments.
- Experience working with Test Link or similar test management tools.
- Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., Apache JMeter, Gatling, Locust).
- Familiarity with source control (Git), CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions), and agile methodologies.
- Strong Coding, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
