Job Title: Electrical Engineering Lead

Location: Sagasahi Plant

Experience: 15+years of experience in Beneficiation Plant

Qualifications: B.E/B.Tech in Electrical, E&I, Instrumentation, EEE.

Job Purpose and Responsibilities

    The Electrical Engineering Lead is responsible for leading and managing all electrical and instrumentation activities within the MTPA Beneficiation Plant.

    Key Accountabilities include:

  • Providing strategic leadership and direction to the electrical and instrumentation team.
  • Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  • Fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the department.
Electrical Maintenance Programs

    The incumbent will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive maintenance programs for electrical systems, including power distribution, motors, switchgear, and control panels. This includes:

  • Conducting regular inspections and audits to identify maintenance needs and opportunities for optimization.
  • Planning and executing preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize equipment lifespan.
  • Coordinating with procurement and inventory management teams to ensure timely availability of electrical components and spare parts.

    Additionally, the Electrical Engineering Lead will oversee the maintenance of process control systems, field instrumentation, analyzers, and related devices, as well as implement calibration and testing procedures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of instrumentation.

    Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to instrumentation and control systems promptly is also an essential part of this role.

Requirements and Qualifications

    To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • B.E/B.Tech in Electrical, E&I, Instrumentation, or EEE.
  • At least 15+ years of experience in Beneficiation Plant.
