Job Description

We are seeking a talented and innovative Prompt Engineer & AWS Developer to join our team at Chimera Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of AWS services, MongoDB, and vector search capabilities, along with hands-on experience in Python (preferred) or JavaScript.

This role involves working with cutting-edge technologies such as AWS Bedrock, including creating and managing knowledge bases and syncing them with MongoDB Atlas Vector Search.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prompt Engineering:
    • Design and write effective prompts for AI models to solve complex, real-world problems.
    • Refine and optimize prompts to improve output quality using LLMs (Large Language Models) like OpenAI and AWS Bedrock.
  • AWS Development & Essentials:
    • Develop and deploy serverless applications using AWS Lambda, manage permissions using AWS IAM, and monitor using AWS CloudWatch.
    • Utilize AWS S3 for scalable storage solutions and AWS SES for email services.
  • AWS Bedrock Integration:
    • Create and manage Knowledge Bases in AWS Bedrock, with expertise in agents and chunking strategies.
    • Synch Bedrock Knowledge Base data sources with MongoDB Atlas Vector Search for efficient storage and retrieval of embeddings.
  • Database Management & Vector Search:
    • Work extensively with MongoDB and MongoDB Atlas Vector Search to store and query vector embeddings.
    • Develop and optimize data models and storage strategies for embedding queries in MongoDB Atlas.
  • Backend Development & Scripting:
    • Write and maintain efficient, scalable code using Python (preferred) or JavaScript for backend and serverless architecture.
    • Implement logic to interact with external APIs, process data, and ensure seamless integration with AWS services.
  • Collaboration & Version Control:
    • Use GitHub for version control, collaboration, and project management.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy solutions that leverage AI and cloud technologies.

Good to Have Skills:

  • Experience with AWS ECS (Elastic Container Service) and AWS ECR (Elastic Container Registry) for managing containerized applications.
  • Exposure to OpenAI LLM and AWS Bedrock for implementing AI-driven solutions.

Requirements:

  • Prompt Engineering Expertise: Demonstrable experience in writing, testing, and optimizing prompts for AI/ML models.
  • AWS Proficiency:
    • Expertise in AWS Lambda, AWS CloudWatch, AWS IAM, AWS S3, and AWS SES.
    • Experience with AWS Bedrock, including knowledge base creation, agents, and chunking strategies.
  • MongoDB & Vector Search Expertise:
    • Proficiency with MongoDB and MongoDB Atlas Vector Search.
    • Experience storing embeddings in MongoDB Atlas and querying them effectively.
  • Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python (preferred) or JavaScript for backend development and automation.
  • Collaboration Tools: Strong experience with GitHub for version control and team collaboration.

Salary:$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
