Job Opportunity: Quality Assurance Automation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Automation Specialist to join our team. As a specialist in this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing automated testing frameworks, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the highest quality of software applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop automated testing frameworks using Java, C#, Python, or other languages as required
  • Collaborate with software development teams and stakeholders on software quality
  • Develop and execute automated tests using tools such as Selenium WebDriver, Appium, or other tools as required
  • Understand and document project requirements and validate them with SMEs
  • Prepare test plans, estimate test effort, and schedule testing activities
  • Identify, mitigate, and resolve business and technical risks
  • Communicate measurable quality metrics and highlight problem areas

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in software testing including experience in automating test cases for web applications
  • Experience in working with TOSCA for UI and API test automation
  • Expertise in Cucumber, SpecFlow, and Playwright
  • Hands-on experience in defect management and familiarity with bug-tracking systems
  • Hands-on experience in working in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
  • Strong communication skills with experience in client interaction
  • Proven ability to create dashboards and provide meaningful insights on test execution, coverage, and status
