Your Role

As a Cloud Application Specialist, you will be part of a team responsible for deploying applications in the cloud. You will provide technical expertise to investigate complex issues and have the opportunity to specialize as a subject matter expert. You will collaborate closely with other teams or develop solutions independently to resolve problems.

Responsibilities
  • Gain and maintain a deep understanding of FlexPLM application and its cloud deployment.
  • Troubleshoot and investigate various aspects of the application stack (UI / Application / DB / Infra / Network) individually or as part of a team.
  • Develop best practices for resolving technical issues.
  • Participate in calls with team members and customers to troubleshoot issues when required.
Requirements
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • OS: Proficient in Linux, shell scripting.
    • Cloud Computing: Familiarity with AWS/Azure.
    • Languages: Skilled in Java, HTML, and JavaScript.
    • Familiarity with SQL.
    • Basic knowledge of Shell Scripting.
    • Database: Familiarity with Oracle/Postgres/MS SQL Server.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose issues using logs, monitoring tools, and basic coding/scripting.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
