Tele calling/Field Executive
Job Role:As a Tele calling/Field Executive at 2coms, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions both over the phone and in person. You'll be the primary point of contact for handling queries and providing solutions to enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Make and receive calls to assist customers with their inquiries.
- Visit customers if required, to address their needs and provide personalized assistance.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and phone etiquette.
- Resolve issues efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle multiple calls and queries in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, especially in Hindi.
- Basic problem-solving skills and empathy.
- Good phone etiquette and active listening abilities.
- Ability to manage and resolve customer issues effectively.
Educational Qualification: 12th Pass or Equivalent education.Experience: FresherAge: 18-25Gender: Anyone
