About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead our Payment Gateway product. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electronic payment processing and collection methods, including Electronic Clearing Service (ECS) and Electronic Bill Presentment & Payment (EBPP).

Key Responsibilities

  • Implementing payment products and electronic payment services for various client verticals.
  • Interacting with clients to understand their requirements and integrate them into our platform.
  • Liasing with technology teams and vendors to implement our solutions and make additional enhancements to the platform.
  • Responsible for making process notes, integration/interface documents, and communicating them to clients and internal operations team members.
  • Providing inputs into underlying process flows, workflows, and systems for service improvement, and engaging with internal process teams for definition of payment processes for new and existing clients.
  • Escalating issues that are open or not resolved within the predefined timeframe.
  • Project managing various implementations in an effective and timely manner.

Requirements
  • 6 years of relevant work experience, including at least 3 years of relevant product management experience and good to have software development experience.
  • Over obsessive understanding of the user on the internet and should be a Power user of internet & web platforms.
  • Ideally should have worked in a startup environment or someone who has substantial experience in adding value/increasing traffic to a highly scalable market leader product.
  • Leadership skills along with superb strategic & research oriented approach.
  • Hand-on experience in developing API/WebServices in past or strategizing modules by implementing third party APIs.
  • Understanding of electronic payment processing/collection methods including Electronic Clearing Service (ECS) online payment Electronic Bill Presentment & Payment (EBPP) Credit Card Processing Banking & Finance.
  • Familiarity of processes relating to payments/collections.

Must Have
  • Must have 6 yrs of relevant Product Management experience.
  • Must have experience with PAPG Vertical (Payment Aggregate and Payment Gateway).
  • Must be from Mumbai.
  • Knowledge of developing API/WebServices in past or strategizing modules by implementing third party APIs.
  • Understanding of electronic payment processing/collection methods including Electronic Clearing Service (ECS) online payment Electronic Bill Presentment & Payment (EBPP) Credit Card Processing.
  • Current company should be a Payment Gateway or Aggregator.
