Property Accountant Specialist

Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Property Management Accountant with 2-5 years of experience to join our accounting department's support team. As a key member, you will ensure the correctness and effectiveness of financial operations.
Responsibilities- Maintain an 8-10 property portfolio with various owners.
- Coordinate with property accounts payable specialists for payment processing twice a week.
- Review monthly deposits and prepare financial statements.
- Prepare audit and tax schedules as required.
- Generate year-end and month-end reports for each property.
- Record miscellaneous deposits and journal entries (averaging 10+ per property per month).
- Reconcile subsidiary ledgers to the general ledger monthly.
- Issue stop payments when necessary.
- Monitor cash balances and reconcile intercompany accounts.
- Maintain weekly bank reconciliations for multiple bank accounts.
- Initiate monthly wires for mortgages and reimbursements.
- Experience with QuickBooks, Yardi, or Xero.
- Working experience with offshore accounting.
This position offers opportunities to work with global clients and be part of a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
The estimated annual salary for this role is ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
