Job Title: Technical Business Analyst

About the Role:

As a skilled professional, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success by providing technical expertise and strategic guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including technical specifications, user stories, and testing plans.
  • Design and implement data visualization solutions to support business decision-making.
  • Analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform business strategy and drive growth.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to internal stakeholders on software development life cycle.

Requirements:

  • Advanced SQL query capabilities.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good team player.
  • Collaborates with different teams.
  • Write understandable documents (technical/non-technical).
  • Significant experience in supporting all phases of the software development life cycle.
  • Abilities to multi-task, prioritize and being a self-driven team player are required for this role.
  • Working with tools like JIRA, Confluence.
  • Proven planning and organization skills, with an ability to work resiliently, planning their analysis work, prioritizing workload, preparing in advance, and setting realistic timescales.
