Job Title: Performance Expertise Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned Performance Expertise Consultant to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for ensuring the performance of our applications meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute comprehensive performance tests using cutting-edge tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, and SoapUI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across various protocols (Web HTTP, Siebel, etc.).
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance testing and CI/CD environments.
  • Analyze volumetric data and NFRs to inform strategic decisions.
  • Maintain knowledge of programming languages like C, Java, VB macros, SQL, and shell scripts to customize test scripts.
  • Develop in-depth understanding of JVM architecture, GC, thread dumps, and database analysis.
  • Utilize monitoring and profiling tools like HP Diagnostics, CA Wily, Dynatrace, and AppDynamics to optimize application performance.
  • Analyze complex performance metrics and present findings in both technical and business language.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience with load generating tools and cloud-based infrastructures.
  • Proficiency in Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Gatling, GitHub, and Maven.
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes, Microservices, AWS Cloud, and Oracle OCI.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze server and application metric data.
  • Knowledge of APM tools and ability to create innovative automation processes.
