We are seeking an experienced Consultant & Operations Leader to drive our consulting and operations functions. This is a key leadership role where you will manage teams, consult clients, and ensure operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will bring industry experience in exports, GST, MCA, subsidy consulting, or CA firm background, and have a proven track record of delivering client projects and managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the lead consultant across service lines: GST, IGST, Exports, Subsidy Management, MCA Compliance, and Corporate Consulting.
  • Provide expert advisory to clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and maximum benefits.
  • Oversee daily operations, guiding interns and executives to achieve deadlines and maintain quality.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to convert client needs into deliverables and support business development.
  • Design and implement efficient processes, compliance monitoring, and client reporting systems.
  • Manage client interactions, audits, and consulting deliverables with complete ownership.
  • Mentor team members, set performance standards, and ensure operational discipline and professionalism.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in a consulting firm, chartered accountant office, or export/compliance industry.
  • Knowledge Areas: GST, IGST refunds, exports, MCA filings, subsidy schemes, audit processes, and international trade consulting.
  • Proven track record of consulting delivery and client management.
  • Strong skills in strategic planning, operations, and leadership.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or International Business (MBA/CA Inter preferred).
