Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Cloud/Fusion consultant with extensive experience in delivering end-to-end solutions for small to mid-size projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of mentoring and coaching teams, as well as providing excellent communication skills to drive discussions with cross-geography counterparts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the implementation of Oracle Fusion solutions from start to finish.
  • Manage small to mid-size projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Mentor and coach team members to improve their skills and performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

The successful candidate will possess:

Technical Skills

  • Oracle Finance (All Modules)
  • Oracle HCM technical (Conversion, Fast Formula, Integration)
  • Oracle HCM Functional (Core HR, Absence, OTL, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, HRHD, ODA, Talent Management and Learn)
  • Oracle SCM (Manufacturing, Order Management, Inventory, OTM, GTM)
  • Oracle Analytics (OTBI, BIP, FDI/FAW, ETL/ODI and OAC)
  • Oracle Technical (OIC Integration, Conversion, VBCS)
  • Oracle EPM EPBCS, ARCS, EDMCS, DM and FCCS

Experience and Qualification

The ideal candidate will have 2-12 years of experience in the field and a graduate or post-graduate degree, CA, or CMA certification.
