Effective Oracle Cloud Financials Lead

This role requires an experienced professional to lead full-cycle Oracle Cloud Financials implementations, ensuring seamless integration and optimal configuration of Oracle Fusion Financial modules.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading end-to-end implementations, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live.
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and design best-fit Oracle Cloud solutions.
- Hands-on configuration in GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Intercompany, Expenses, and Tax modules.
- Conducting workshops, solution design sessions, and providing expert guidance to clients and internal teams.
- Mentoring junior consultants and coordinating with offshore teams for efficient delivery.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in Oracle Financials, with 5+ years in Oracle Cloud (Fusion) Financials, and strong hands-on experience in GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, IC, Tax, and Expenses. Additionally, they should possess excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills, as well as the ability to lead cross-functional and global teams.
