Financial Systems Analyst Position

The selected candidate will serve as a key member of our financial systems team, responsible for understanding client business processes and mapping them to Oracle EBS.

Key responsibilities include participating in or leading requirement studies in detail, preparing As-Is process documents, and collaborating with technical architects to identify gaps in the process and suggest solutions.

Further responsibilities include mapping requirements to application processes, setting up Conference Room Pilot environments, conducting testing, and preparing test scripts. The successful candidate will also be responsible for creating Standard Operating Procedure manuals, testing customizations, and providing support during post-live phases.

  • Participate or lead detailed requirement study sessions
  • Prepare comprehensive As-Is process documents and obtain sign-off from clients
  • Map client requirements to Oracle EBS processes
  • Configure CRP testing environments and perform unit testing
  • Develop SOP manuals outlining best practices for financial system use
  • Test custom forms, interfaces, and reports
  • Assist users with UAT issues and setup production instances
  • Provide data migration assistance and post-live support

Required qualifications include a Master's or Bachelor's degree in finance, hands-on experience with Oracle R12 modules such as GL/AP/AR and FA, and at least two end-to-end implementations in R12. Strong accounting knowledge and good communication skills are essential.
