We're seeking a high-performing Media Buying Specialist to drive impactful ad campaigns across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage performance-based advertising campaigns (CPC, CPM, CPA, CPL) that deliver exceptional ROI.
  • Optimize campaigns to achieve specific KPIs, such as revenue growth, lead volume, or cost-per-acquisition.
  • Apply data-driven strategies to maximize ad efficiency and scalability.
  • Manage campaigns on leading platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and other programmatic tools.
  • Monitor trends and platform updates to stay ahead of the competition and drive innovation.
  • Analyze campaign performance and adjust bids, targeting, and creative to improve results.
  • Implement A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages for maximum ROI and to identify areas for improvement.
  • Allocate budgets effectively to achieve cost-efficient results and drive business growth.
  • Adjust bidding strategies to balance scale and cost efficiency while maintaining profitability.
  • Track campaign metrics using tools like Google Analytics, UTMs, and platform dashboards.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations in regular reports.
  • Present data-driven insights to improve campaign performance and drive business outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in performance-based media buying with a proven track record of success.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing high-budget campaigns and delivering strong ROI.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and programmatic platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of performance metrics (CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and ability to interpret data to inform campaign decisions.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics and tracking platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
