Job Title: Software Craftsmanship Specialist

The role of a Software Craftsmanship Specialist involves the design, development, and implementation of software applications tailored to meet specific business requirements. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with colleagues to understand project needs, develop innovative solutions, and ensure that software systems are built to the highest standards of quality and functionality.


Your primary responsibilities will include independently designing and developing software applications, actively participating in team discussions, and contributing to the provision of solutions to work-related problems. You will also be responsible for assisting in the documentation of software specifications and requirements, and engaging in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and standards.


To succeed in this position, you should have a strong understanding of front-end development principles and practices, familiarity with version control systems such as Git, experience in responsive design and cross-browser compatibility, and proficiency in React.js. A minimum of 3 years of experience in React.js is required.


This position is based at our Pune office, and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is essential for the role. Additionally, candidates must possess excellent communication and teamwork skills.
