As a Technical Support Specialist, you will provide exceptional customer service and technical assistance to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate superior communication skills for both verbal and written interactions
  • Ensure typing proficiency with a minimum speed of 60-80 WPM
  • Utilize troubleshooting expertise to diagnose and resolve complex issues using standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Support experience with familiarity in support methodologies, case lifecycles, and analytical skills for breaking down issues
  • Familiarity with ticketing tools and ITIL principles is required
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in infrastructure, storage, and service desk roles is essential
  • Hands-on experience with Google products, including Gmail, Calendar, Meet, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gemini app, Notebook LLM, Keep, Sites, Forms, and Appsheet
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with SOP documentation and knowledge management systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
