Job Role: Project/Delivery Manager - Integration

Key Requirements:

  • Delivery & Project Management
  • Agile Methodologies
  • Integration Development (Dell Boomi/MuleSoft/Tibco/Biztalk/Web Methods/IBM IIB/Apache Camel)

Job Summary:

You'll drive strategic delivery across our global ecosystem by combining project management excellence with system integration expertise.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish Demand Management & Onboarding Process
  • Lead end-to-end delivery lifecycle of integration projects
  • Manage stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and vendors
  • Allocate resources, including team members, budget, and technology assets
  • Implement agile and other project management methodologies
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment
  • Possess a good understanding of integration technologies (e.g., APIs, Events, message queues, Azure Integration Services, SAP BTP IS etc.)

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: 15+ years of experience in leading delivery or project management role, specifically within Integration domain
  • Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of API-led connectivity, Event Driven Arch, data integration patterns, and cloud-based integration services
  • Agile Methodologies: Proven experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and other project management methodologies
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage a cross-functional team
