Job Title: Performance Optimization Specialist

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute performance testing strategies using JMeter to guarantee software application scalability and reliability.
  • Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test plans, scripts, and reports to track results and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development and quality assurance, to ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Analyze and interpret test data to identify trends and patterns, and provide recommendations for optimization and improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough analysis of system requirements and design specifications to develop detailed test plans.
  • Develop and execute test cases to ensure functionality and performance of software applications.
  • Identify and document defects and issues found during testing, and collaborate with development teams to resolve these issues.
  • Provide training and support to other team members on performance testing best practices and tools.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in performance testing using JMeter.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle and testing methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
