This role is responsible for overseeing Microsoft partner compliance ensuring alignment with internal policies and external requirements. The right candidate will have experience in compliance risk management or program management roles and be familiar with data privacy security standards ISO 27001 SOC2 GDPR.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and enforce Microsoft partner program policies to maintain compliance status.
  • Develop implement internal guidelines consistent with Microsoft's partner code of conduct.
  • Stay up-to-date on Microsoft partner compliance requirements and adapt internal policies accordingly.
  • Provide regular updates on compliance status and report potential issues to leadership.
  • Manage annual Microsoft Partner compliance process including assessments and audits.
  • Oversee demo tenants user administration and cost analysis reporting.
  • Organize technology resources provide regular reporting and ensure reconciliation.
  • Guide global firm expansion while addressing compliance concerns.
  • Maintain Microsoft Partner specializations by monitoring metric requirements and renewing in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with IT legal finance and business teams across geographies.
Required Skills Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Information Security or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in compliance risk management or program management roles.
  • Familiarity with data privacy security standards.
  • Strong attention to detail in reviewing contracts policies and data.
  • Ability to analyze license consumption reports or audit findings and develop remediation steps.
  • Prior work with vendor compliance programs or technology internal audits is beneficial.
  • Competency in leading cross-functional projects defining action plans and ensuring accountability.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple compliance workstreams and deadlines.
  • High-level communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and Microsoft representatives.
