Assistant Manager - Web Operations

We are seeking an Assistant Manager – Web Operations to enhance online marketing effectiveness and achieve business goals by owning our website, micro-sites, and landing pages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather specifications from cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain websites, micro-sites, and landing pages using WordPress, custom CMS, and Contentful.
  • Optimize assets for core web vitals, scalability, and user inputs.
  • Maintain change logs and documentations.
  • Anticipate and track operational risks and offer solutions.
  • Work with the product marketing team to ensure proper execution of operational, promotional, technology, and compliance functions.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply them to operations.
  • Coordinate and maintain marketing webinars and provide live support.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in Computer Applications or relevant experience.
  • 4+ years of front-end development experience.
  • Good programming skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, and APIs; PHP knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, and web standards.
  • Basic SEO knowledge is a plus.
  • Exceptional project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects.
  • Able to develop ideas with focus on details and big picture.
  • Flexibility working across multiple time zones is essential.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and understanding of the marketing funnel.
  • Energetic spirit and ability to work well with diverse teammates.
