Explore the opportunity to join a team as a PCB Design Specialist, responsible for creating high-performance printed circuit boards. As a key member of our engineering department, you will leverage your technical expertise in designing and optimizing PCBs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Read and interpret electrical/electronic schematics to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Design detailed fabrication drawings of PCBs and Gerber files (artwork) using industry-standard tools such as KiCAD or similar software.
  • Create hardware design documents that cover design analysis, notes, and specific guidelines followed.
  • Develop and implement high-bandwidth PCBs that meet manufacturing specifications and end-user usability requirements.
  • Manage the layout for analog, digital, and RF circuit boards through fabrication and assembly drawings generation.
  • Ensure seamless transition from schematic net-list design to physical PCB design, considering electrical considerations such as signal integrity, power integrity, ID, and mechanical integrity.
  • Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) and fabrication documentation, following revision control procedures, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
Qualifications:

A relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, embedded system engineering, ECE, or ETC.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in using PCB designing tools such as KiCAD or similar industry-standard tools.
  • Familiarity with PCB manufacturing processes and materials, as well as fundamentals of digital and analog circuit design.
  • Excellent analytical skills, logic/board debug, and ability to resolve issues arising from PCB failure modes and reliability in extreme environments.
