Android Automation Developer

To achieve success in this challenging role, we are seeking a talented and experienced Android Automation Developer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python automation scripting and expertise in working with Android APIs.

  • Conduct a thorough study of the customer's in-house automation tool and R&S provided automation manager to gain a deep understanding of their functionality and capabilities.
  • Develop a comprehensive feasibility study of automating targeted test cases and create a phased plan to automate them efficiently.
  • Craft high-quality Python scripts to automate targeted test cases currently running in semi-automated mode on R&S network simulators.
  • Possess hands-on experience in Python scripting and automation, as well as expertise in working with Android APIs.
  • Bonus points for having an understanding of R&S network simulators and associated testing frameworks.
  • As an independent contributor, you will be expected to work diligently in a fast-paced environment.
