Business Development Executive Position

We are seeking an accomplished Business Development Executive to spearhead the expansion of our business into new markets and industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies for high-growth opportunities across petrochemicals and oil rigs.
  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue strategic partnerships and collaborations with industry stakeholders, including oil exploration companies and petrochemical firms.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with senior executives and decision-makers in the global petrochemical and oil exploration sector.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including leadership, finance, and technical experts, to drive deal-making and integration.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes to inform growth strategy and identify emerging opportunities.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience in business development, M&A, or strategy within the petrochemicals/oil & gas sector.
  • Proven track record of successful deal-making, especially with international assets or companies.
  • In-depth understanding of upstream oil & gas operations, particularly rig operations.
  • Global network and expertise in the petrochemical space, with a focus on coastal countries with active oil rigs.
  • Excellent negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • MBA or relevant technical qualification preferred.
