Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead and manage projects within our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in project management, strong leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills.

  • Lead project planning sessions to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • C coordinate with staff and internal resources to meet project deadlines.
  • Manage project progress and adapt work as required to achieve desired results.
  • Ensure projects meet quality standards and timelines.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders through effective communication and negotiation.
  • Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and create detailed reports for executive staff to inform decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Management, or related field.
  • 8-11 years of project management experience.
  • Proficiency in German language.
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
  • Experience in managing medium to large projects.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with project management software tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
