Job Summary

The Senior Programme Manager will drive strategic planning and program management to strengthen the organization's nutrition portfolio and ensure impactful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute towards reviewing and updating strategy in consultation with senior leaders.
  • Develop comprehensive program plans, delivery models, and frameworks for new and existing nutrition initiatives and programs.
  • Identify and initiate partnerships with like-minded stakeholders.
  • Provide thought leadership on program development as per organizational vision and strategy.
  • Manage independently different complex programs and initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • PhD, Master's or a PG Diploma in Public Health Nutrition, Community Health, Global Health, Public Health, Food and Nutrition policies and programs, Public Policy, Development Studies, and related disciplines.
  • 15 years of experience in public health nutrition, food and related program development, research and policy.

Nutrition Portfolio Management:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the organization's nutrition portfolio, including developing and implementing strategies to strengthen its presence in the field. This will involve working closely with senior leaders to review and update the organization's strategy, as well as identifying opportunities for growth and partnership.

Nutrition Program Development:

The Senior Programme Manager will be responsible for developing comprehensive program plans, delivery models, and frameworks for new and existing nutrition initiatives and programs. This will involve conducting thorough needs assessments, identifying key stakeholders, and developing effective communication and engagement strategies.
