Project Coordinator Job Opportunity

As a Project Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support. You will be responsible for responding to client inquiries, escalating issues to our development team, and collaborating with internal departments to resolve client concerns.

  • Deliver timely and professional responses to client tickets, addressing their questions and concerns effectively.
  • Escalate software bugs and issues to our developers, ensuring prompt resolution and follow-up with clients.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our software features and write comprehensive help documentation articles to support our clients.
  • Facilitate seamless communication between internal departments to ensure efficient issue resolution.
  • Analyze ticket data to generate reports on time-to-resolution, classification, and other key performance metrics.
  • Utilize SQL querying skills to extract relevant information from our database when investigating client issues.
