Executive Student Placement Coordinator

The Assistant Manager Placement is a key role within our organization, responsible for providing placements to students with relevant jobs in the IT domain and monitoring the student life cycle to ensure standard outcomes.
This position involves identifying major employers for urban placement opportunities, aligning students according to company requirements, visiting companies to establish manpower requirements and placement tie-ups, and coordinating with branches regarding placement procedures.
As an ideal candidate, you should possess a minimum of 2+ years of experience in student placement from skilling/training/educational institutes, exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills, and demonstrate good knowledge and relations with corporates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying major employers for urban placement opportunities
- Aligning students according to company requirements
- Visiting companies to establish manpower requirements and placement tie-ups
- Coordinating with branches regarding placement procedures
- Maintaining student databases
- Conducting job market studies
