Director of Engineering Initiatives

As an Associate Director of Engineering, you will oversee the execution of strategic projects and initiatives that drive site operational excellence and future growth.
The role involves leading large-scale projects from planning to delivery, ensuring seamless integration of engineering functions and project operations. You will also manage new product introductions, lifecycle management, and engineering operations to maintain regulatory compliance and drive continuous improvement.
To succeed in this position, you will need a strong background in engineering or a related field, with at least 15 years of experience in manufacturing, project management, or engineering. A proven track record in leading complex projects and managing cross-functional teams is essential. Additionally, you should have a solid understanding of regulatory standards, such as MDR and ISO 9001, and be familiar with Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement tools.
