Job Details

The role of a Planning Engineer is pivotal in ensuring the success of various projects. Key responsibilities include:

  • Project schedule tracking and management.
  • Preparation of micro schedules to facilitate timely project completion.
  • Maintenance of RFI trackers for efficient communication with stakeholders.
  • Daily progress report preparation to provide insights into project performance.
  • Daily labor reports are also prepared to analyze workforce productivity.
  • Creation of labor productivity charts to help identify areas for improvement.
  • Weekly and management-level progress reports are compiled to keep all parties informed.
  • Preparation of MIS reports to provide valuable business insights.
  • Drawing register maintenance is crucial for version control and record-keeping.
  • Risk analysis and risk register updates ensure that potential threats are mitigated.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office is necessary.
  • Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera P6 is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with SAP, Quadra, and ERP systems is an added advantage.
