Cctv Support Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled CCTV Support Engineer to fill this challenging role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and other surveillance systems ensuring seamless integration with IT and network teams.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with surveillance systems.
  • Monitor system performance conduct regular maintenance and maintain detailed documentation of system installations and service logs.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their system requirements and provide comprehensive training on the use of surveillance systems.

Requirements:

  • A relevant Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electronics IT or a related field.
  • Possess experience in CCTV setup maintenance and basic networking.
