Job Description">

As a Cloud Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain CCP using the AWS Management Console for provisioning and management of the Amazon Connect instance.
  • Monitor and log performance and activity metrics using Amazon CloudWatch.
  • Manage user permissions and access control using AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM).
Cloud Services Integration
  • Execute backend code in response to events using AWS Lambda.
  • Coordinate microservices into serverless workflows using AWS Step Functions.
Conversational Interfaces
  • Build conversational interfaces using voice and text with Amazon Lex.
  • Handle backend integration and fulfillment logic using AWS Lambda.
  • Provide user authentication and authorization using Amazon Cognito.
Real-Time Data Processing
  • Process real-time data using Amazon Kinesis Data Streams.
  • Execute data processing in real-time using AWS Lambda.
Customer Conversations Analysis
  • Analyze customer conversations with machine learning using AWS Contact Lens.
  • Convert speech to text using Amazon Transcribe.
  • Perform natural language processing and sentiment analysis using Amazon Comprehend.
  • Store conversation transcripts and analysis results in Amazon S3.
Secondary Skills
  • Knowledge of Avaya CC, Genesys Cloud Contact Center, NICE, and other related technologies.
