Job Title: Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to shape our company's cloud strategy and lead its implementation. As a Cloud Infrastructure Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Gather requirements from business applications and IT teams to ensure alignment with our strategic objectives.
  2. Finalize and obtain sign-off on requirements through effective communication and negotiation skills.
  3. Design and document technical solutions that meet our needs.
  4. Develop cost models and proposals to support our cloud initiatives.
  5. Respond to technical issues in a professional and timely manner, minimizing disruption to the business.
  6. Identify top cloud architecture solutions to meet our strategic needs.
  7. Provide guidance on generic queries related to common solutions such as infrastructure movement, web hosting, and data migration.

Essential Skills:

  1. Must be certified as a Cloud Architect in AWS & Azure solution architecture (minimum).
  2. Must have experience working on IaaS, SaaS solutions, and designing with pre-sales experience.
  3. Excellent knowledge of cloud computing technologies and current trends.
  4. Effective communication skills (written and verbal) to articulate complicated cloud reports to management and other IT development partners.
  5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills in written and oral English.
  6. Self-motivated, innovative, proactive, willing to pursue new technical areas, and capable of working independently.
  7. Strong problem-solving skills and good time management skills.
