Dynatrace Integration Expert

Our organization is seeking an experienced Dynatrace professional to join our dynamic environment.

About the Role:
  • We require a skilled individual with proven experience in setting up and configuring Dynatrace, along with a strong understanding of synthetic monitoring and alarm management.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience working with ServiceNow or similar IT service management tools, as well as a problem-solving mindset focused on continuous improvement.
  • Strong communication skills and experience in operational application management, troubleshooting user issues, and performing root cause analysis are essential.
  • The selected candidate will be responsible for defining and fine-tuning alerts, integrating Dynatrace alerts in incident management tooling, and ensuring long-term fixes for recurring issues.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Configure and manage Dynatrace setup for optimal performance.
  • Develop and implement effective alerting strategies using Dynatrace and Splunk.
  • Collaborate with application and platform teams to ensure seamless integration and minimize downtime.
  • Analyze and resolve complex issues, applying ITIL practices and principles when necessary.
